Mining Hat Works underwater so does a regular torch you have to waive it first and then dive also the Aquatic torch works as well I'm not so sure about the flashlight.

I love watching willjum play rust, I played it a few times a while back and basically got racially abused and bullied the whole time, how he makes it so peaceful is beyond me.
Well, wiljun has excellent aim and you won't hear much from other players if you shoot them first and from farther away. That being said, go play something cooperative or PVE, I can recommend warframe, they have one of the best communities out there, life is too short to PvP against rude people
I play RustEZ Pure PvE. I’m not interested in the sweaty edge lords myself, but love the mechanics of this game. Maybe try I well run RP focused community server if you want PvP.
just quietly, I reckon the fact he records the voiceover totally apart from the actual gameplay & it's toxicity goes a long way to that peaceful vibe he pulls off so well. I've never played rust myself, but willjum's videos have helped me no end over the past couple year's worth of health drama & months in hospital. he's the best lethal RPer bar none, imo.

You can skin a furnace to legacy and it’s the perfect height for that awkward double door jump at 35:53. Hope this helps 😅
Dont think you can place furnace in the water
Place twig foundations next to your stuck horses. It can give them something to step on and help get them unstuck.
Also, When your horse gets stuck, try to lead it back the way you were just traveling.
Or you know, literally go backwards with the horse.
