- Travel day to Walt Disney World for our first ever time. We flew Business Class with British Airways from London Gatwick to MCO. We checked into Pop Century and rounded off the day eating pizza on the Boardwalk.

Love the blog guys we are off the here in 12 days time to pop century too can’t wait did u guys request a room closer to reception area wanted to know if they try and give us what you requested as we requested either the 50s or near hippy dippy pool so wanted to know if they Honer them request thank u
Oh amazing. Hope you guys have an easy journey and an amazing trip! You must be getting so excited. So we didn’t check in online before and went to the desk when we arrived and requested a room but because the hotel was at capacity they simply couldn’t allocate us a room closer to the hub of the hotel. However on our second stay we asked if it was possible for us to have a ground floor room and they were able to accommodate us and gave us an amazing ground floor room in the 80s which was fab. What we would say is even if you’re at the back of the 50s (which we were for our first 5 days) it really isn’t too far from things. But we definitely think it’s always worth asking as the cast members do try and accommodate you if they can. Let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks so much for watching!!
just stumbled onto your channel. nice vlog. we once stayed at pop century. cute resort. we’ve stayed at movies & is basically the same setup. lately we’ve stayed at french quarter. great resort if u decide to come back. last year we did upgrade to yacht club & enjoyed walking around the boardwalk as well. looking forward to the rest of your vlogs. hope u both had a good time in disney.
Hi Mike, thank you. Oh that’s good to know re the All Stars. The Port Orleans resort does really intrigue us. We are desperate to try the beignets - didn’t get round to it this trip. Wow Yacht and beach is a bucket list for us. We’d love to stay there one day - I bet you had such an amazing stay there. We visited there in our upcoming vlog (Day 5) and we were both very impressed. How many trips have you been to Disney World?
we’ve been going once a year since our honeymoon back in 2000, skipping 2020 due to covid. i forgot to mention those beignets are totally worth it. yacht club was very nice. we upgraded after qualifying for a discount offer, & we’re returning there this december with the bounce back offer. personally i liked FQ for it’s theming, but YC is perfectly located for access to the parks, skyliner, & many dining options. hope u both get the chance to stay there some day, but i do recommend FQ.

It’s always so interesting to know about as many as possible. Resort hopping was one of our favourite things to do in Disney World 😆
