I had trouble with voles which Desi hated my roses, so I moved them into large Potts their second year and then to my mom's house and planted them on three different arbors. I used black cow manure stagreen garden soil and garden tone. This is their third season and all has sent up three to four thick storng canes. They are loaded with blooms all around the base of the arbors. By summer they should cover the arbor and trellises.
Walmart have climbing roses in there garden section I just bought one yesterday the one I have is the American pink climbing rose cause only four dollars
I'm gointhe plant three more Edens and two America roses on trellises at my place but will dig a 3x3 hole and line it with 3 ring of chicken wire on bottoms and sides of hole and use my blk cow and stagreem mixture so I van enjoy them at my place.
