I am a caregiver for 3 women in their 50's with down syndrome. My job has changed my life. Very few pictures of the girls when they were little...and no baby photos. 🙁 But I imagine they were all just as precious as this lil' lad. I am excited to go to work every day. Each day has its challenges, but I miss them all when I am at home. Much love for this beautiful baby boy. 🥰

When I was a toddler I didn’t like spaghetti I like spaghetti now though with ground Turkey meat in it.
This reminded me of a picture my parents have of me when I was a baby where I was in a seat like the baby but I had put my spaghetti bowl on top of my head. Everytime I see it I will now also think of this adorable little dude
