One fourth of Dream Express, Stella Maessen returned to Eurovision in the subsequent UK-staged edition of Eurovision with this haunting, powerful song which stands as my favorite of 1982. She earned Belgium a respectable 4th place (her best in 3 attempts).

Ein bißchen Frieden is an undeniable classic but this was definitely worth a fight for the victory - beautiful and well performed live. I think the orchestration is even better than the studio version, especially the chorus.
