Growing up, I was convinced there was a game on the DS called "New Super Mario Bros 3". This was before Wii came out, and as a kid I thought it was a just called that because it was a loose remake of the original Mario 3. I vividily remembered having New Super Mario Bros and New Super Mario Bros 3 downloaded onto the Ace Card my mum bought for me, and I played both a lot. When New Super Mario Bros 2 for the 3DS came out I thought "Oh that's weird its the 4th game but called 2, but I guess it fills the space between 1 and 3". I thought this for my entire life, until watching a video about the entire New series and saw the RUclipsr skip 3. I was like "Hey, surely they would mention 3 being the second game in the series, that's a weird little quirk", so I looked up the game and only saw people talking about ideas for a new mario game. I checked the wikis listing the entire New series and saw there no game between the DS title and the Wii title. I was freaking out, because HOW did I believe an entire game existed for my whole life when it just never happened? This piece of trivia I thought was so weird and so funny just ceased to exist. I finally found this ROM hack and I genuinely believe my mother just downloaded it on my Ace Card and I just thought it was a normal official game for my whole life, thinking Nintendo actually published a sequel to original DS game with a 3 in the title.

I must say that the v1.0 looked very bad designed an ugly, but it got the most attention and feedback. This is a fantastic idea, and thanks for even having the dedication to going through and making it! must have taken a long time. One small suggestion with the video - make the use of transitions much faster, and maybe more subtle - they become the dominant content in some parts which I don't think you intended to happen. Besides that though, the clip was great to get an idea of the clever ideas you have thought up :)

Ok You are my hero!!! This game rocks. I finally got everything under control. I'm playing full screen w/no lag at all and I'm using my snes asiipad controller. LOVE IT! Can't wait to get to some of the more challenging levels. I stopped playing most games because they became to easy.
Does it have the e-Reader levels? If not, maybe they should be in the next version. Though some of the things like the SMW running-up-walls blocks might be hard to implement.
@SKJmin The area just below the secret exit can't be reached. Or is one of them a false block which you haven't put out on your map? I tried every block around that area to get inside, but didnt' manage to. I need an explaination for that one :D. I'm also trying to find everything in the game without the help of your walkthroughs.
