I’m a fan of the way the club practice.
However,,use should not leave his attacking arm out there,just hanging,,waiting for something to happen.
A punch doesn’t work that way.
As senior grades,,surely the s should be the norm.?
Ok so it is a demo,but do it as it should be then maybe?
