Uncovering The Hi-Tea Buffet Absolute of Fraser Place | Puteri Harbour

Abounding with luxurious traditional Melaka delicacies, we had the chance to uncover the Nyonya Hi-Tea Buffet of Fraser Place at Residence & Hotel Marina, Puteri Harbour, Johor.
Executive Sous Chef Daniel Low highlighted that most of their dishes are Nyonya-inspired. As an added advantage, the chef hails from Melaka and he was taught by his mom on how to prepare traditional Nyonya dishes.
Restaurant Manager Mr. Azhar mentioned that their Hi-Tea Buffet Absolute is consists of 80-90 dishes which will make the dining experience remarkable for the entire family.
"Had the chance to experience their seafood at the Hot Dish corner and I was really impressed on how it was prepared on the spot. I love it"
Their Hi-Tea Buffet is available every Saturday to Sunday from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
