This is a stunning house and great for a family! I like the picture recap at the end of this video. And bathrooms with actually cabinets and storage!
One thing I’d like to see more of in new homes are jack and Jill bathrooms between the two kids rooms. Having two en suites is lovely for guests or if you have a teenager.

It’s probably not be an RSJ in the family area. It is probably a fake boxed in feature, to add a visual separation across the expanse. Well it is in the Welwyn and this feature was added to the newer Welwyn, as the older style had a flat ceiling all the way through.

Beautiful house would love to have bi folds instead of patio doors and didn’t like the interior doors but absolutely in love with the house it feels so homey and cosy it’s like a house you would buy and pass onto your children when you pass
just had a look around this show home today. they have bi fold doors that open all the way to the right, and the camera doesnt give the home justice. its fucking massive haha! Beatitiful house.
Kitchen larger than America kitchen, similar layout thought with the eating and tv area and separate laundry.
Probably the best designed house from Redrow, the video downstairs doesn’t do it justice. Terrible dark feature wall. Doors to Fridge freezer should be split though. I don’t like the wood stained interior doors, white would be cleaner but imagine this is meant to be premium.
I like this one but I don't understand why there are often 2 living rooms in these houses. What's the point ? I won't watch television where the kitchen is, too noisy.
What about insulation ? It seems a bit bad as it was hot upstairs....
No privacy in the garden whatsoever - all those ugly houses overlooking the garden. Yuck!
