out of all of the houses on jesse's videos. I would pick the 350k one with the huge unfinished basement, large property, and no pool. I understand that he wants a finished basement and a pool, but they're things you can add and make them how you want them. Plenty of space to do whatever in the basement and to place the pool where you want it. + it's the cheapest one he has shown. You also get a garage, and a guest house. Best deal in my opinion.
The last house that he looked at was the best for 399k
