I will watch This new Gladiator II bcuz Ridley Scott is a Film Icon and Russell Crowe nd the cast from the Original " Gladiator " are Exceptionally Awesome and Epic! That bar was set to high but anything is possible, I'm sure ur honored and we will watch to see if uve Made Ridley nd the original Gladiator cast proud....Stay Blessed
Big fan since Normal People…. A wonderful actor! And seems like a good human too. He also reminds me of a young Roger Daltrey for any of you older folks … he’d be fabulous in a Tommy remake 😊
From Normal People…to Aftersun, then All of us Strangers, A street car named desire in the theatre and now GladiatorII ….Mescal has covered many roles. Not bad for a young actor. Long may he continue 😊
Watch All of Us Strangers. Fantastic film. Paul and Andrew Scott have great chemistry on film. Maybe timing of the interview couldn't include, but Paul will bring his West End Streetcar Named Desire to Brooklyn Academy of Music in Spring 2025; hopefully a Broadway run the following season -- maybe that's where he'll get his high school high of performing again. He's also filming Merrily We Roll Along over 20 years (with Ben Platt and Beanie Feldstein) -- it seems like an odd throuple, but Paul's star will be shining even brighter by the time that one comes out.
Tbh, I thought the original Gladiator was like a donut: delicious on the surface, empty on the inside. But I’ve seen Paul Mescal in some thoughtful dramas, and I’m interested to see him again.
Like Paul, Cool guy but this film ain't good. Crowe's character had no relationship with that woman. He loved his wife and his son. Lucious is not his son at all. Nonsensical
Great interview! He’s seems so humble and kind! Deserves all the success!
Aftersun and All of Us Strangers tore me up. Just watching certain scenes from both those movies make me bawl and I am in my 50s.
I know Paul Mescal from All of Us Strangers (with Andrew Scott) and the two of them are absolutely devastating in that film. A star is born.
Yes! What an incredible film! The chemistry between them was so compelling, & their interactions felt so natural & genuine - truly outstanding!
Oh, I love how humble he is ❤ After seeing this, I'm definately going to see Gladiator now !❤
First one is very sad, prepare yourself
Much success to Mr. Mescal...
Another humble Irish actor😊
I have never seen Paul Mescal act before, but I look forward to Gladiator II.

Omg that’s who he reminds me of! Roger Daltrey! Both sexy! ❤❤❤

Wow his singing in phantom!! So good. He should do a musical. I dont think that was high school if it was in 2018? He wouldve been 21.
I'm not sure when it was but he was 16 singing phantom! So if he's 28 now that's 2012??

Its so cute 🥰 seeing all the girls so close to their idol 😂 trying to contain their glee!🎉😂
Gotta love those Irish actors. Smart, talented, humble and pretty hot! Colin Farrell, Cillian Murphy, Liam Neeson.....
What a cool guy! So kind. So humble.
Witnessing a superstar being born
❤wow❤ ok I'll watch that.
Well done Paul

I agree with you, and I also think all those awards it won were due to the fact that there just weren’t any other strong contenders that year.
Very good sequel. ❤
yep and it was good to see some of the original characters
saw the movie last night and it was good but cant compair to the first of course but most will enjoy
Modern great sports gladiator, #RafaNadal. 22yrs.TennisChampion. 👑👏
I don’t expect it to be as good as the Original, but we’re only seeing it because of Denzel.
Denzel was good but his role was laid back until the ending of the movie you will enjoy the complete movie
Denzel was nothing special
Adding Densel in makes it instantly Hollywood feel. At first I wasnt sure this is UK movie or what..
I'm entertained
This movie didnt need a second
I hope he stays sweet
Paul Mescal should play the next Rambo!
Russell Crow 💪🔥👍
Why didn't they use the original actor for Lucious?
Spoiler, he's his papa
The first one was fantastic the second one is terrible unfortunately :((((
Like Paul, Cool guy but this film ain't good. Crowe's character had no relationship with that woman. He loved his wife and his son. Lucious is not his son at all. Nonsensical
Not of Russell's caliber!
He's got the smoker's cough alas.😔
He doesn’t have that charisma Russel had nor the natural masculinity. I wish they chose someone else
Terrible ! 😢
He’s a bit overexposed and overrated
Go and see Paul Mescal in the theatre in ‘A street car named Desire’ and you’ll change your mind….just a very good actor!
The movie is straight trash. Sadly
HORRIBLE movIE WHY MADE IT
