When we discuss arrow pushing patterns, we really don't worry too much about equilibrium. In the case of the Proton Transfer (PT), that one is most likely to be in equilibrium, the proton can go back to where it was in the starting material. For this video, the goal was just to learn the patterns, and not worry about equilibrium at this time.
