    We have over 100 shared mailboxes. With MS, they’re free and easy to use. With Google, we pay per mailbox since they need to be a user. Group email collaboration is not the same.
    For that reason alone, MS is way more cost effective for us. Let alone the fact that we can separate licenses from user accounts (allowing us to keep older accounts around in blocked sign in mode without cost.)

    I agree. Microsoft needs to be abolished and I don't really like the alternatives either.
