I'm somehwat confused with this line. Sometime they package it like this, other times with a box with and without a window. Is there a difference in quality with the classified figures or are they the same?
The figures in the retro Packaging like this are usually designs closer to the original line of figures. I don't fully understand the purpose either lol. I open them any way.
