- This is a video that illustrates the installation of the TriWeb MSE wall system by Tricon Precast LimitedTM. This is a particular MSE wall type that uses geosynthetic reinforcement.
Note: This video indicates use of small compactors within 4 ft as opposed to 3 feet from our FDOT specs. Inspection personnel of FDOT projects should remember that if the distance where light equipment is used is increased from 3 to 4 ft, the minimum requirements of compaction of section 548 of our specifications must be met on this zone. This means that still the 100% minimum of Standard Proctor density (or 95% minimum of Modified Proctor density if the Modified Proctor is used) must be met between 3 and 4 feet from the panels.
