Error In Ordering PCBs

Something most I would think do not think about is ordering PCBs, seems like a fairly straight process in handing gerbers off to the manufacturer. Though in this video, I speak about a mistake that was made when sending files over and how it ended up costed a lot of time and money for something that could have been avoided.
