I should add to my previous comment:
if the tree is still in the growing phase, close the zipline some time Before the concrete anchor turnbuckle threads go into the barrel .. add another quick link, re-tension, then re-open the zip line.
you may opt to put in a section of chain the next time.
that's assuming you start with one quick link between the cable and the anchor .... and that you notice the tree is growing in time, that one quick link will reach.....generally, post tensioning, the turnbuckle will be bottomed, or close to bottomed ... just keep an eye on the zipline's belly, and maintain that.

When you’re using cable clamps, remember never saddle a dead horse.

How much would everything but the wire and harness and other seat mechanisms cost just the spring and tensioning stuff?

a "tree sling" is going to harm the tree's heath ... that's almost like Girdling a tree, putting pressure on the tree's Cambium chokes the nutrient flow.
instead; use a large auger bit to drill clean through a living tree ( same size as your cable ) string your cable through the hole you drilled in the tree, and take it down, at an angle, to an earth anchor set in concrete in the ground.

Aren’t you supposed to use locking carabiners

Jeez guys, you dont use an impact driver on saddle clamps! You use a torque wrench. Every saddle clamp/wire rope combo has a correct torque setting. Using an impact driver, you're going to seriously over-crush the rope structure and strands. I am a professional rigger, not a keyboard warrior.🙂
