This game had a lot of bangers, but Mysterio's boss theme is the best.
This game on hard is ridiculous, I just did a stream and got stuck on this boss fight. The lasers on the second half are aim bots!
I know this comment is a couple months old, but I just beat the game on hard last night and had a lot of trouble with Mysterio as well. Make sure you spend the first phase collecting web carts, and before initiating the second phase get your health up as much as possible. When the second phase starts, stand directly in front of where he does the laser attacks and just start spamming your impact web. You should be able to get through the lasers unless you get unlucky, but more often than not this works. The third phase is simpler, just requires patience and timing, which can be difficult since your adreniline will spike after beating the second phase.

Spider-Man: Whoever your boss is, he’s obvous Rocker! No one can control the symbiotes!
Bolt: Definitely!
Mysterio: Correction! No one before now!
Spider-Man: Spare me the propaganda, ok! This isn’t a game, Mysterio! The Symbiotes will destroy everything in their path unless I can stop them!
