so far the pd48 performances aren't bad but there's nothing absolutely jaw dropping that draws you in instantly like this performance did... there's no all stars team like the jelpi girls

@yeji ponytail brand new boys did great with the raps, but you hear daehwi singing ?? Hes far from this level.
And yeuhua girls did better dance but vocal wise far from this perf.
This is just so balance with sejeong nayoung carrying the vocals and mina there for the dance

Still so annoyed that a voice like Nayoung’s wasn’t given the opportunity to shine the way it should’ve. Her vocal tone is so unique and I can really see her going far if only she had the right management.

I don't think Mnet would spend all of that money to debut a girl group for just one year though, because that would just be a waste of money.
No matter how much popular the girl will get, I'm sure they won't be able to get even half the money spent on the program in a year of work.

+Sera Park I have to agree with you. based on all the videos I've seen of the Jelpi girls . sejeong has the best voice . mina dances the best and nayoung is solid at both. they cover for each other weaknesses . but also to be fair I haven't seen a lot of nayoung things prior to P101 .

Best vocals out of all the videos I've seen. I loved Mina. However, I think she might have the weakest/most unstable vocals.

Yeah. Are you talking about the girl in yellow with the ponytail? She can't actually sing. After their performance, the judges asked her to sing a song because they were unsure about her vocals. They said that the other two girls were good, but her. So when the yellow girl with the ponytail sang a song, the judges were disappointed because she was acting "cute" and wasn't actually singing.
Trithao Jongdae I was talking about the one in the pink. Her vocals were lacking here but she's a really good dancer so it doesn't matter. I heard they're all in the top ten so I'm really happy about that. Mina is my favorite one.

1. 아오아 기간 동안은 아오아 활동에 충실 했을것
아오아 잘 되니까 세정미나 구구단으로 빼돌려서 중간에 아오아 활동 못하게 만들어서 분란 만듦
아오아로 인지도를 더 누릴 수 있는 대박 기회를 날려먹음 머갈이 있는건지..
2. 멤버는 세정,미나,나영,미미,하나 5인조
구구단같은 이름말고 다른 팀명, 곡은 나같은애로 데뷔
3.데뷔 이후 더부츠로 활동-세미나 유닛 활동
이렇게만 했어도 승승장구 할 애들 이었는데;
그지같은 활동으로도 이만큼 이름 알린 애들인데;
그 능력으로는 다신 아이돌 만들 생각 하지말아라
I don't know if anyone is still here but... Please check out Semina by SeMiNa. They debuted as a subunit. Its got a similar vibe like this but they've totally improved.
In my own opinion, this is by far the best audition from produce series.

None of IOI new song showcase sejeongs voice. Instead it's like they auto tune it. Or maybe all the songs key is a bit higher than her normal range. Sad :(

kuya4307 i agree. from ioi, i thought her voice was average asf. i only heard her in, "very very very", and in the other songs, her part was not memorable. but, then, i watched pd101, and i was surprised to hear how good she actually is. fucking companies, sigh, making unwise decisions.

just came back to watch this after watching gugudan cause I forgot what nayoung's voice sounded like.... I don't understand whatever logic is behind hiding this amazing voice behind the one line she gets.
her voice didn't really match their song, gugudan's song is cute so the maknae line will get more lines

why do entertainment companies keep build up too many member in one girlgroup??? one teabag should be in a small cup. if you put one teabag in a huge cup with full water, then you won't have good taste at that cup of tea. and girlgroups (like EXID or MAMAMOO ) they have good number (4 or 5)
I HOPE they let Nayoung have a solo debut once she brushes up and perfects her vocals because she has such a unique voice for a girl group idol and I think she's really talented.

Kim Nayoung balances this group so well. Strong in both singing and dancing. Plus she can do 3 roles in one go (Leader, Center[visual] and Main vocal).
