Sir.. I am working on W2 fulltime only and we can recruit only Independent visas- USC, GC, H4EAD only also through LinkedIn as we don't have any other portals. I have 10 months of experience, No POs(as we have TCS earlier but there came a news about that I thing you know that). My weekly submission is 3-4 profiles as we have only linkedin and work on w2 fulltime only. How to answer how many profiles we aspect from you?
