Can someone explain the 3rd chord one the second tab sheet? (The one with the "(00)x3" I'm new to guitars and have never seen anything like that on any tabs

x means it's muted. You play the G chord with the second fret of the fifth string (note B) muted. 00 and 3 are played normal.

You need some fuzz sound from a pedal or a modelling amp... That's what works for me on most of these old-school blues by the Black Keys...
