I have seen videos of European cops. They tend to be more focused on getting stuff done... A cop dragged someone off the road after they were sitting blocking it. An American cop would have been under heavy backlash from some organization if they did the same. Civilians were also able to drag other people off the road with seemingly no negative consequences. In the United States, you would have been forced to wait for the police and just touching them could result in punishment. The United States just *gets more media attention* when something happens.
