Ugarte was immense, pleased with performance in general
I give Trent a ton of credit- he made Dalot look like Cafu.
Lets just not forget we played against 12 today,,,,
Nunez red, and MUFC penalty claim not even looked at
You've forgot the boys in Liverpools VAR office
Oliver and VAR. Never going to get the win.
Behave 😂
FFS
That performance really lifted my spirits. Also Rubin’s comments on how he was happy, but angry (because we haven’t played like that for the last 3 games) made me more hopeful that we have the right man at last. I’m still scarred by having the same optimism with ETH (and other managers to be fair).
Amorim is different, I think he's THE MAN, as long as he's backed and gets time, he will succeed.
❤️💪🔴
United done well despite the best efforts of Michael Oliver

Really hate the crap Maguire gets online at every opportunity - that was an awkward ball to hit, regardless if Zirkzee was offside or not.
Said this myself. Zirkzee scuffed that pass and Maguire isn't a striker. He had one of his best games in a United shirt and having a go at him is typical of too many reds. I wish they'd go away and follow some other club.
Maguire is one of our most consistent players, and his attitude, strength of character, and commitment is unmatched in our squad.
Zirkzee should have taken that on and had a shot himself but he bottled it. He gave Maguire a terrible ball.. he’s a CB! And fair play to him for even getting into that position… one of the midfielders should’ve been there
@CaptainMarvel84 no mate. He had a good angle to attack the ball and have a shot but he hesitated and played a poor square ball
@@Draper99I agree with everything you said except "Zirkzee should have taken it on himself" .. .. I think he made the right decision, it just wasn't a great ball.
Maguire had a great game today.
I would have loved it for him to have got the winner today .. .. no doubt, if he had, the haters would have still found something to criticise him about 🤷♀️🙄🤦♀️
@ don’t be daft
That’s the United we all love Andy 🫶
Best away preformance since Fergie days, desire commitment and passion. Every did their bit, Dalot and Bruno after being poor were fantastic, Ugarte, what can you say, this guy is something else
Yeah this was an old school game ..passion, spirit, intensity...edge of seat stuff...& Anfield was shook...
nunez no red card, vvd no penalty, var really helped livarpool out today.
If was a clear penalty by Delit
@@Jezza_One clear penalty by van dijk, clear red by numez, var never looked at either
How Nunez was not sent off is another shocking example of referee bias against United and how pathetic VAR is. Nunez never looked at the ball and hit De Ligt in the head. Just how?
Even as a United fan, that was only a yellow.
Ain't no way that was a red, if a United player got sent off for that I'd absolutely lose my shiiii
So many people whinging about the ref.
Upon reflection, having seen the replay on MoTD, it doesn’t appear that Nunez hit De Ligt’s head (though it did appear that way in real time and in slow motion at one of the angles). So yellow it is. But let’s be honest, the intent deserved red. That wasn’t a professional foul… the intent was harmful.
Excuses excuses
Really surprised as I was prepared for a mauling. Ugarte was my MOM and his combination with Mainoo was key I thought.
One thing that stood out today Andy would be the aggression we showed from the start, Dalot was superb, Bruno put in a worldie performance Ugarte and Mainoo where the engine ! Class all round
I'm not getting carried away with the result, but I think the side Amorim put out today is probably the best United can put out.
Robbed today. If Michael Oliver’s a neutral ref I’m Nelly the elephant.
Ah stop
Oliver is in FC130's pocket, not Liverpool's. He was fine in this game.
@ Newcastle fan, caught up in this weird rivalry they’re trying to force into existence. Bitter that we beat them at Wembley.
Great Content, really enjoy the videos!
We were excellent today...just hope we can carry this into the rest of the season.
The talk of the Devils ep is going to hit like crack
..maybe like a coffee
Best we’ve played in a very long time. I like Hoijlund but he’s not ready, we win this game with Osimhen, Kane, etc.
Hojlund will never be ready not near good enough to play for united
Thanks Andy. Always top content. Calm and balanced review as always.
Fully agree on Bruno. 9 is spot on. We need this every week. Amorim's interview was brilliant too. The level this season so far has been disgusting.
Actually Amormim said he was angry with the players last number of games and why they couldn't have put in a performances during them that they put in tonight.
Quality report as usual! Great team effort no weaknesses in this game!!
Good performance for a change. Let’s hope it continues 🙏🏼⚽️
Awful shame Maguire didn’t bury that chance at the death. Well worth that result today, our best performance since the cup final in May. UTFR
Good morning and enjoying the show.
He didn’t say he was angry because we didn’t win. He said he’s angry because of all the **** games we’ve played previously and then can play like that when it’s a ‘big game’
agreed with all of your ratings today Andy! Hope we progress from this performance. We’re two 2️⃣ layers short in strong first 11 in my opinion (LWB and Striker) and a few in the squad (CM). My dad is really enjoying your book btw!
Nice to see you smiling Andy.
Good to see that smile Andy. Well done the lads, close to getting it but well done. Stable emotions throughout pretty much.
Rasmus my friend, work smarter!
Despite then obligatory soft penalty awarded by lifelong Liverpool supporter Michael Oliver, United more than deserved the point away @ Anfield. How VAR didn't mention the Nunez incident with De Light to the referee we will never know and stinks of corruption. United showed a much improved attitude and level of fight and skill which was matched by the amazing away support who constantly embarrassed the home fans with songs about the lack of atmosphere inside Anfield. Finally huge credit to Amorim who proved that he still has the stomach and then ability for the fight and that he understands that for us United supporters when we go to that dump of a ground, the minimum expected is 100% effort. And even though it was only a draw, I say well done one and all. GGMU. #GlazersOutNow
That performance righted everything wrong us supporters have been talking about. Forget the abilty the mental side having the courage the work ethic not overthinking and being frozen by fear. That's the blueprint going forward for EVERY game now. Proud of our boys. And Ruben what did we do to deserve you ❤
Brilliant Andy as usual a performance from nowhere by utd so chuffed for the support and ruben lets hope they can keep giving this kind of performance
Dalot visibly more confident and had clearly benefited from a good rest period.
Ruben wasn't angry about not getting a win today, he was angry because of there past performances ie against Newcastle, Bournemouth ,spurs etc etc.he was referring to the lack of effort from a lot of the players. United fans can take a defeat as long has they give 100% .the proof of the pudding will be arsenal away next week in the cup.if we perform like we did today , it's a game we can win .
Good scores. Always repsect them from Andy. Much better than some sensationalist you tubers.
Told you last week (year, lol) we'd probably play well against them lot and at Arsenal at the weekend then, knowing us, we'll lose to Brighton, Southampton and Rangers … at least we'll get one more set of ratings out of those fixtures! Thanks Andy HNY mate!
PS: You forgot to rate TAA he's our new Jonny Evans 10/10
Andy was very generous in his ratings today :)
Cracking segue into that ad Andy... 😂
I really like your way of approaching the player ratings - it seems to start from a space of appreciation and positivity.
I come from rugby and that is my favourite winter code. One thing I took from playing was an incredible appreciation of anyone who plays at a high level. Even at the level I played, it takes courage, love of the game, willingness to sacrifice for your jersey and your teammates and you play a lot of games where you are struggling with distractions in your personal life, niggling injuries, doubts about aspects of the gameplan and so many other things. At the elite level any of these things carry even more weight. Although the code is different, I doubt the factors I mentioned are. I just love watching people with skills I could only dream of, putting it all out there in public for my entertainment. Sometimes I am disappointed in the result, sometimes even the output but you can do all that from a place that starts with appreciation for the humans about whom one comments. Cheers!
Now that's what I call a proper Team performance
Gotta love this guy
A result that was so much better than i expected, after the Newcastle game. I know the coach tried to underplay it but the benefit of a full week of coaching, was obvious. I think that the highest scores would only be 8 for both Bruno and Ugarte and I'd give Ugarte the MOTM award. I thought he was immense. I never want United to lose but the bigger picture makes our defence of the FA Cup a lesser concern. I'd rather have one less competition to worry about and put the focus on the Ropey League, and the opportunity to play Champions League, and secure PL football. I know relegation shouldn't be a concern but we have to accept where we are and set realistic expectations.
Did we feed the scoucers, did we let them know it was Christmas?
You forgot to give the heat pump an 8
Zero the most inefficient ineffective form of heating can't believe he's promoting them, obviously for money
Hi Andy, please tell me what happened in recent week at our club?
Bruno and Lisandro played their best game since like 1 and half year, Onana wasn't shaky despite playing at Anfield and Dalot with best game in many months. How is this possible? Simply motivational talk from manager? I don't get it. I'm proud of our players.
Very nice sweater. I prefer that insulation.
Best United performance since Wembley in May. Need consistency now with improvement. United can win at Arsenal on Sunday.
never a penalty, Andy.
It deflected against him from a foot away, he was turning his body in a reaction to the ball potentially going behind him, his arm was also bent. What is he meant to do, try to instinctively turn and try and defend a ball in a split second and remember oh,'i need to keep my arms down incase a ball deflects onto me from a foot away just in case useless and corrupt VAR think it's a handball and a penalty'. What a joke! But apparantly Joelinton scoring against us with his bicep/arm is NOT handball!!
Since when did handball in the penalty area stop being 'intentional'?
Quite a surprise to see MU play the way they did.
Best performance of the season. Ratings seem spot on Andy with the exception of de Ligt. Gapko finish was excellent but top defenders stay on their feet. De Ligt was sold a pup. De Ligt had both hands out when ideally they should be by his side given the modern game. Penalty was given. If we want to start winning again, he has to be better. 5
Nice one lads
Andy I thought Amorim said he "was angry today" .. .. to see the team play with such a fighting spirit, then why didn't they have that same fight during the game's we'd lost, especially at Old Trafford? He was angry because he knows they have it in them, he's angry because they don't always show it!
Break the bank for Cunha, could be another Eric top class striker would have won us that game today, fantastic performance today, that’s all we want, some fight!!
He's just about to sign a lucrative contract with Wolves, which means he'll now be too expensive
Sorry.......break the bank with WHAT money?
Good business by and for Wolves, however has he signed the contract yet? Ineos are meant to be the finest business brains in the world.(I have my doubts on Wolves even letting him go and on Ineos aswell) I can dream
Yes Andy lad. UTFR
Unfortunately the handball rule is open to different interpretations with a stricter construction where it occurs in the penalty area. You will never get total consistency.
I am glad we got the point & its great...but its still a draw...Amorim is spot on...he is angry the players seem to turn it on & off when they like..
I think Amorim now will set this and the city game as benchmarks & weed out the players who inevitably switch off in the coming games.
All he wants is that whichever 11 he picks puts it all into each game start to finish & abides by his methods....
This result will help him find out who he might trust & who has to go.
By the end of this month...he will know who he is going to keep & sell by the summer.
I think its very clear Rashford, Eriksen & Casemiro are the minimum priorities he wants to sell this month.
Can we stop we the player's aren't good enough narrative now? I honestly don't think our starting 11 is as bad as people make out, we need a world class experienced striker, attacker, two natural windbacks, we'll have a team capable of competing at the top. Our main issue is mentality, if the player's put in the type of effort that we put in yesterday every week we'd achieve greatness.
Ugarte was the difference between New Castle and today. WE NEED A PROPER FRONT MAN TO FINISH!!!
My problem with var, is it gives referees two chances to affect a game. The current system of var allows for biases in refereeing.
I want to see United get a proper long term partner for Ugarte in someone like Baleba
All the upheaval over the manager and the director of football is bound to affect the psychology of the playing staff. This is not an excuse : just an explanation.
Yes Andy good point that.. but the boss was right we probably should of won that .. football eh love to hate it 😂
How is de ligt(who flew in mad style on the first goal and gave away a penalty) a 7, the same as Dalot (who was maybe our best player)?
Dalot got an 8.
ugarte is 9 he and bruno is our future duo. try/coach garnacho for left number10. and keep bruno at mc. And we need world class striker, rasmus is not good enough he is 5 at liverpool
Mainoo had a good game but he always lacks determination. He gives up and don't put pressure like what happened in Liverpool's first goal. He just watched Mac Allister pass the ball
I'd say ugarte was a 9.
Dalot should have rolled it to Amad, just like Garnacho did .. No need for a high ball
Can’t agree with your 6 for Rasmus. He worked like a Trojan again
Lets hope we dont slip back into the shit we have played this season and kick on as a team this manager is the business needs to backed in who goes and who comes in simple as that can win us trophies of that there is no doubt 🧐 about that
Big fan of De Ligt but he wasn't worthy of a 7 today. At fault fornthe penalty and needed to do better for Gakpo's goal.
I thought Martinez, Ugarte, Bruno and Mainoo were brilliant. Amad also very good along with Dalot.
Yoro and Garnacho did well off the bench.
Martinez was MOTM for me. I thought Hojlund struggled as many will against VVD and Konate.
Met you in Dublin at Talk of the devils in Royal concert hall in November. Thanks for all you do Andy! UTFR 🔴
United was robbed where was VAR? when VVD handeld the ball
Andy,, so pleased that you are happier now, then lately. Maybe this is the turning point, or the start of it? "It is not now the end. Not even the beginning of the end. But it is perhaps, the end of the beginning!! (Best said with a fat & chewed cigar in the mouth & a whisky in hand).
Hard to argue with these ratings with perhaps the 9 for Bruno being the one slight exception. That was our best performance for the year and it was great to see the effort and commitment by ALL the players. A win would have been great, but a draw was a fair result all things considered.
Lets hope ,lets hope
M.UF.C. The Religion.
That’s better… get Oshiman and a lwb please👍
No Oshimen he's vastly overrated overhyped
NO way Dalot gets an 8! Watch him again in this game, far too many mistakes and losing the ball.
Mainoo, please watch the game agsin. Definitely not an 8.
6.5. Lost the ball too many times, and in bad areas. Out muscled a few times. Passing wasn't the best.
Seeing the performance just makes me more angry with these players.
Can hear people in the back ground! Shut em up!😂
Hojlund gets a 4. Offers zero on or off the ball. Lazy .
I'm afraid Rasmus is just not good enough
Hojlund was very poor...again..
Martinez, mainoo, Amad 8 ??? What game were you watching ??? 😂😂
Just shows you can have a degree in journalism and still know the square root of F A. about
Hated adored, never ignored! ❤🤍🖤
I'm angry im disappointed because utd can't maintain this level of performance game to game , this is where the bar is set 📐 now with that performance
Also, how is Ugartes position at right back? Can’t put that on him.
De Ligt 7 😂😂 get your glasses on Andy . He was at fault for both goals 🙄
Yeah I thought that was generous.
