princess usagi well chichi is a villan she is willing to risk the world being destroyed and countless innocent people die just so gohan can live the life SHE wants him to live not what he wants to in super she is downright abusive to goku tells gohan how to raise HIS daughter which is none of her buisness and she completely blows 100,000,000 zeni on completely useless stuff so chichi while she doesnt go around killing people or destroying planets shes still a villian in my opinion
