From 6:15 - 6:30, it is interesting that the description made by the narrator was mentioned by Ferdinand Magellan and his crew back when they first made contact with the Chamorros in the 1500's. Do the other Micronesian canoes also have asymmetrical hulls? My ancestors lost our seafaring knowledge because the Spaniards had forbidden the Chamorros from entering the waters so that the natives could be controlled.
