Its too bad this was the last season of Atypical. I would have loved to see Sam come back from Antarctica, Paige come back from Georgia, and both of them getting back together. Maybe they'll do a spinoff of Atypical sometime, which will serve as a sequel to the series. And maybe in the spinoff, we can see Sam and Paige get married and have a family.
@@priyatrombino5206 Bittersweet conclusion. Just like Yin and Yang. Otherwise, having Sam and Paige conclude with some “happily ever after” would have been cheap, cliche and damn near could have ruined the series.
As someone who is almost 30, I can assure all people in this situation that it'll be ok. I'm sure people older than me will say the same with even more certainty. Even if they stayed together, the developmental period during your 20's is HUGE, and quite often highbschool sweethearts drift apart during that time (that's the problem with marrying young). Sometimes they don't, but they usually do. They need this break so they can achieve their dreams and grow as individuals - otherwise the relationship has virtually no chance of working in the long run. Same goes for all young couples who have different goals. Focus on YOU. At the end of it all, you'll either be romantically compatible again, or you'll be lifelong friends.
One thing that bugged about the last episode is how every recurring character such as Zahid, Paige, Izzy etc were all shoved aside very quickly just for the last scene. Should've had some more screen time imo. I'd love for the producers to bring a 5th season but I understand that the series does seem finished.

Yeah I was disappointed this was the last season. I normally don’t get hooked with shows, but I was instantly hooked with it and binged watched it
@@OfflineFeeds Yeah, me too!
I appreciated how nice Paige was in this scene. I am sad they broke up but I'm glad it is hinted that they might be together someday! 🥰
Or they could have had just one more episode with Sam and Paige reuniting, etc.
