Got a pair when Sportsbikeshop had them on sale. Like you say bit bulkier but keep hands warm, ride a blood bike and can be out for 5-6 hours in colder weather where they have worked really well, so far not run out of battery.
Very similar to the Gerbing gloves Ive been using for the last couple of years. I use mine as well as heated grips. Great to stay comfy when its freezing. Keep telling my mates - they just think Im an old fart. 😂
I'm 24 and have terrible circulation in my hands. Just installed Oxford heated grips a couple months back and they have been game changing. You're not an old fart you're just enjoying riding more
They were my favourite of choice but couldn't find local bike shop to try on to get the right size , they'd all sold out and said they were discontinued , waiting for the new model from RST. Ended up with Alpinestars HT3 and they are great , tuck inside your cuffs. Shame RST , get your act sorted. A lot of people recommend the Paragon 6's but none at Sportsbikeshop , Infinity or J&S. Very happy with my HT3's though , only need them on medium setting.
Ah that explains why Superbike shop were selling them off for £50 less just after Christmas. I still like them, one set of batteries last well, not had to swap whilst out so far. Thanks for info 👍
Ok. Wife bought me mine last Xmas. Used them all winter/spring. Bought extra batteries, but never ran out on my usual rides. Only issue is my 690 has Barkbusters and narrow grips. So these csn feel cramped on that bike. My other bike is fine. 👍
They have a USB cable that splits off into two USB-C cables to charge them from a phone charger etc. They are hot stuff, my fingers are going to love them and still function for me after a cold ride.
I don't understand why you find plugging something into a wall and then into two simple fixings in the battery 'fiddly'. I can't think of anything more simple. Your only saving grace is your 'The Damned' sticker.
True, but I’m so unfit I’d be sweating in 5 mins in the snow 😂 Just realised it’s you, changed channel name. I like it, gives you freedom after selling the 690 👍
got theses gloves, i find after 10 mins i can turn them off and they still stay warm for quite some time, thus saving battery life too
They are well insulated. So far, the batteries have always lasted for my rides 👍

Thank you for that. No greater test for them than you are giving them - respect! Good to know I can depend on them. 👍👍
What was the sale price?
This gloves heater the end of the finger and between them? Or just of the back of the hands?
Great and thorough review CB
I like the wiper feature 😂
Cheers! Better than I expected. Not sure about the wipers, better to ride in the dry I think 👍😉

I used to think the same about heated grips, till I tried them. No going back 😉👍

Is the sizing similar to non heated gloves for RST so if i have 2xl, best to go with same size?
I got XL in those, my usual. They fit ok. Not sure though if these gloves have been discontinued.
Not discontinued, In at j&s and demontweeks, only selected sizes so some problems getting stock until recently @@CodgerBiker

Currently £179.99 at J&S Just purchased.
Blimey, they've gone up in price. I still use mine. Have 4 batteries. They've been superb 👌

I’d heard they had improved the charging. Sounds good. When I need to replace mine (they are still fine) I shall definitely buy another pair. 👍
use the bar ends of something else on the dash to push the buttons, you dont have to use your fingers. :)

It’s just a bit old fashioned I guess. New ones apparently have USB connectors, or so I was told…
Just got a pair from sportbike shop and maybe RST actually listened to you, the batteries now have a usb c charging port on each battery.
That's a nice upgrade. Still using mine, all toasty still 👋
don’t they do heated mx gloves 🥶🤣👍🏻
I reckon cooling mx gloves would be a better option! 👍😂
@@CodgerBiker not in this weather,arthritis don’t like cold 🥶

Look thick enough to be just about midgie-proof! 😉😂
Ha ha! I bet they'd find a way 🦟🦟🦟😂👍
