You need insoles with hard plastic bottoms that support a high arch. Each time I woke up from bed and moved, my feet would feel like they had glass in it. But when I bought Cruv heels Insoles from Amazon, after a week or two that pain was all but gone. There is still a tiny pressure that comes back when I am not using my insoles but there's no pain at all like before.
I find this relaxing.

I was watching a video you had but I can't find it now but you described what muscles in the back and interconnected muscles which contributes to kyphosis , which also affects heartburn by pulling the body out of alignment and creating tensions other muscles and throwing it body out of alignment to create a posture that causes a heart burn situation can you describe those muscles and situation again thanks

Is there any place like this in the Metro Atlanta area? I've never been to a chiropractor, but i have had back pain since high school. I carried a packpack that i weighed once at almost 40lbs, and did track and field, as well as played tuba and sousaphone ... I feel like a pretzel but want to have someone do a proper job if i go somewhere.

Plenty of chiropractors are trained in this. I didn't know this until I got vocal enough about the pain and outright asked if they could help. Now it is resolved every visit. Cannot believe I had chiropractic care for 8 years before that and no one ever helped me.
