- we tried the "new" bird of path of titans and it feels pretty much like a quetzal. it's a little clumsy in the air and is probably made to fight at the ground. but, on the ground we got pounced and at that point it got weird :/

It has been a while but i am glad this series is back but when or if ever you are going to play path if titans there is some new things to know
1. When you try to buck off a raptor instead of kicking them of it greatly reduces thier stamina while on a target
2. Peck barge 👍
3.the grab ability with targets with alot lower combat weight than you
That's really all i think of that would be useful to know

I love that movie and it has so many good quotes. why are you laughing? And after the duel, "Now he have to calculate what he can't see", that is true viking-mentality. But to be honest, I think mead is too sweet. And as a lefthanded, I'd be terrible in the shield-wall. But maybe as a Berserkir or Ulvahedning (Even tho I'm not that big or strong, I'm like a wolverine, a "wolverine-heathen" if you will ;P), maybe I'd earn my place in the Great hall ;P. You are correct, I think Odin seeks braveness and tenacity before skill, since if you are welcomed to Valhalla, you have every day and night to train and hone your skill. Until the time of Ragnarök arrives. Btw, don't sell yourself to short, you have great skill, I am always impressed by your juking and evading damage in fights. But The Isle is so unforgiving with lags and rubberbanding and whatnot. If I'd be so blessed and beat you to it, I'll save you a good seat and speak well of you to a fine Valkyrie ;D 🍻.
On another note (pun intended ;P), a great ode, for you or your Hatzegopteryx, I just found this song the other day, "Brothers of metal - Weaver of fate" (Don't worry, it's not that heavy, only in meaning ;P) ❤❤❤
@@nemeziz12 the movie was just great in many ways. I loved how they showed not only the tough north, but also the much more developed arabs. it's so crazy how advanced their culture was compared to us europeans. we were apes compared to them back then
and yet, even the more advanced culture can learn from any other culture. it's just a movie, of course, but, it's a nice and true message.

@@da.mombie I agree with you. Didn't mean to put down muslims in any way. I was just joking, mate. Just as I can joke about vikings and europeans. There's different types of every sort, like I have toasted and shared a good whisky with a couple of muslims ;). And we still use their symbols for numbers, while vikings saw mathematics as witchcraft and let their wives handle finances ;P. I think cultures are meant to be shared with tolerance but also with insight and morals. Good is good and bad is bad, it's universal. A fun fact, we have more ancient arabic coins in Sweden, than they have in the arabic countrys :). Not only from raiding but from actually salary, like the Varingian-guard, viking mercenaries .
But when it comes to seafaring, we were surdently not apes ;P.

Yup, you are correct once again, they are both mustelids. While honey-badgers can fight of leopards and lions. Wolverines can fight off cougars, wolves and even bears. They can kill moose under the right circumstances (moose sink in snow while wolverines don't) and their bite is strong enough to crush a moose's femur. There's even a report (altough highly debated) of a wolverine killing a polarbear (the largest terrestrial hyper-carnivore). Nature's John Wick ;D.
@@nemeziz12 oh, I didn't feel like you put them down. the truth is, the arabic empire was at it's peak BEFORE they turned into muslims. pretty similar to the romans. their peak was also before they turned into christians. coincidence?
to me it's just fascinating how much they were developed. but, same for the romans. we europeans are one of the most stupid in history in my opinion. we had it all 2000 years ago. proper infrastructure, knowledge in technologies, kind of human rights (roman law) and even a democracy. just to throw it away and live another 1500 years in our own shit (no canalization) and serve some stupid kings who traded normal people like slaves and had nothing in mind but their own power. think about how far humanity (technologie) could be, if we would have build up on the roman empire.
anyway, it is what it is and if you look at the recent development, then it looks like we are going back in time again. humans are resistant to learn from their past

when the raptors latch onto you i would fly high and wait for the raptors to fall and die when their stamina runs out. Btw good video as always 💚

Oh I didn't know I couldn't fly. it would be logical.
Sometimes you can if you walk off a cliff. They took the bleed away from the raptor pounce and made bucking more effective now cause raptors were just decimating peeps. XD

POT? Traitor, lol. Good video, even if I don't like the game. You mentioned the Hatz will probably get as big as the Quetzal. The Hatz is actually bigger and the largest animal to ever take flight- in the real world, that is; I don't know about in-game.
only half the truth as far as I know. some hatz got bigger than quetzal, but, not all of them and like you said, who knows which one they picked for the game

I also want to try that pounce tho. looks pretty broken from the victims side, so, I want to see how it's from the other side
Not being able to buck in that game feels broken. You can do nothing but wait it seems.
yeah, people told me space drains their stamina, but, it didn't feel like. can't say tho. wasn't on the other side so far
I love path of titains and Iove playing hatz and i could give you a few tips if you want!? Never attack raptors only if it is on low health, if you get pounced by one always try to buck them of! It drains there stam twice as quick, and never trust other hatzs, get peck berrage and peck or clamp if u want to kill babys for your bite it's the best, the limit you can pickup is conc and pachy

Raptors are fun so are sukos, pycnos ceras, rexs, pachys are over powered so definitely try them, and be carfull when attacking them as a tank dino

naja der Hatzeg scheint wirklich nicht all zu viel zu taugen...
Hab ihn am Anfang als er rauskam mal kurz getestet , aber das Fliegen mit dem Bruder ist irgendwie clunky...
Naja ich glaube der wurde mittlerweile auch nochmal generft...
Aber trotzdem nice das du wieder PoT spielst...

Soweit ich weiss hat der Hatzeg wohl so ne Art Clamp Move am Boden ,so könnte man kleine Viecher wie die Latens oder Deinonychus schnappen...
Dann hochfliegen und durch Fallschaden killen...

that's true. I am no big fan of PoT and I totally miss the love for dinos. the game feels like the devs are rather money grabber than sharing love for dinos or even us gamer. it feels like ubisoft still, many of our community like it and I am a gamer. I like many type of games and don't have to love them to get my own joy out of it. beside the annoying quests and some other stuff, I still enjoy other parts of the game

@@da.mombiethey have this thing where is they reach a certain amount of money, they add a new creature (mostly there reskins) which is one of the reasons I don't support it.
@@Corcovatuz you can feel it in so many details. in fact, each part of the game (dinos, mechanics, abilities, quests) feels like it was more important to have it in the game (selling points), than to make it actual enjoyable for players. which is so sad

I know you're new to playing with the Hatz but you played it completely wrong. You didn't even equip tough beak (I think?), the singlemost OP/useful ability besides barrel roll maybe.
You have to do fly-bys and barrel roll the raptors, you have 3.100 combat weight so you do heavy damage. I know that's hard for beginners but hovering + pecking and barrel rolls is the was to play this. You deal with apexes by stabbing them every 30 seconds, because they always deal less thanks to tough beak and you always more thanks to stab. Peck barrage used to be way too OP, they nerfed that long ago.
yeah, as I mentioned in the video, I didn't even know how to use hatz properly. both ways feel bad. hovering feels awkward with that huge bird and on the ground you are pretty helpless vs those raptors. do you mean that bite/peck which charges up? like getting more with every hit? 'cause I don't think it is a good ability to start with. I may got that wrong, but, don't you have to land 3 hits in a row? so, if you miss one, it gets back to the weak first bite? 'cause if so, then it's a very bad ability for mates who play the first time. to hit those raptors 3 times without missing seems to be quite of a task to start with in my opinion
@@da.mombie yeah, I couldn't play for the past month so I'm not sure but I'm almost positive it increases by each hit. So if you hit 4 pecks out of 2 full barrages (6 pecks), you get the 4x boost. But the cool down sucks now, however you can use stab while it's on cool down but I wouldn't recomment it. Peck + hovering just takes practice.
Oh and when a reptor pounces you, always keep running so you can take off right away after you shake him off.

yeah, I can't say much about the pounce by now. was my first time facing it, but, it seems pretty strong at least
@@da.mombie yeah, just spam the space bar to drain their stamina faster. With the new update they can no longer inflict bleed while pouncing luckily and bucking works way better. Hatz is very good against creatures it can pick up and mid size, and also the wing beat can be used to insta kill any large creature near an edge or cliff given how broken fall damage is.

@@da.mombie yes, you don't have to hold it but to spam it like if you are trying to jump. The trick is to have the raptor jump in water or in a corner and finish it. I bait a lot of raptors with my thal when I am near the water: they jump on me, I run to the water and dive and when they let go I easly kill them while they are drowing. Problem with hatze is that you can't dive, so avoid fighting them on the ground. I think soon they'll allow hatze to take flight while pounced, then their pounce will be useless against it.
