- The meta is getting dry and sad for a lot of matchups. I'm here to show you the way to have some fun with an alternative play-style. These builds are strong, hit hard and always have a follow up. Adapt them in your own way in order to crush your opponent.
Today's build is going to start with the most devastating timing attack god in the game, Fu Xi. His god powers all work together so well in order to get a massive advantage. Call to arms, Uproot, Great Flood!

This is still the best guide for fu xi available. I keep coming back to it. I've had to make my own build for a fast classical rush (max immortals) for a military count of 20 at 5.30
Someone rush me with simliar army in 5:30 or 6 minutes mark with a huge army and 5 hero. Hard to defend that since i am being push off foods.
I've been playing this and small variations of this for a while, sometimes as Nu Wa too (to use the OP white tigers in all matchups), which is much weaker than Fu Xi but still passable because this is VERY STRONG. Call to Arms on Heroic MU especially the Jiangshi and 1 general and Fire Lance is beastly value against 2 TC eggy. I use it mostly to counter the 100 identical Ra players through the ladder. I'd like to mention that Immortals are the best anti-Roc unit in the game and it's really easy to ambush the Roc from the temple or hunt it from there to COMPLETELY shut-down the standard Ra shuffle, and that Immortals are very cost effective units like Greek Heroes and they get stronger stats as you age up and you age quickly here.
Mostly the result of this goes like this; you do this, Ra player resigns and complains at you that China is OP. :eye roll:
Look out for Khopesh(just keep the scouts alive and keep looking for barracks and units from them), ra scouting to block the forward Castle especially as they'll happily fight your villagers with 2 TC skin of rhino laborers, and various executions of siege counterpushes (ie. Locust-> Shifting Sands khopesh towers, eclipse-siege or scarab pushes, etc.) When you use this kind of strategy enough a small few Ra players will leave their script and start to counter instead of just resign and complain.

Wrong game version!
All the Zhong Kui techs are good. Unbridled Angy for +20% HP on Halbs. Demon Slayer is Funeral Rites for Immortals, takes their multiplier vs. myths from x7 to x9! Demon Slayer Immortals absolutely melt myth units. Life Drain is ok, it boosts the damage of the Jiangshi special attack by 50% i.e. from 50 hack to 75 hack damage. While not as well documented as the White Tiger special, the Jiangshi special is also quite broken in its own right. It works against Heroes as well as Buildings.

I just want to know... What is the normal timing for reach new age if we play tight and not rush things... Is it like 11.30 mythic age is a set time or thats in rush catagory?
so against a 2k isis... 7min heroic -> castle FL + Gen + C2A. good inital push, took the lead and triggered early AE which was defended. Replied with uproot but 2 early so... no effect/advantage (their 2nd tc wasnt up) we spent the next 10 minutes raiding and not much happened. Got up 2 mythic (market, all in gold. bought food for adv) but cant use flood on da bases (isis). maybe if i was more experienced i could've stayed in longer but it was a glass cannon from me, tapped out 20min. will try again!
Wouldn't recommend this against Isis unfortunately. GP blockers are tough. But definately want to get out immortals if you do try it so that a.e can be dealt with. Maybe cut the general and make immortals. :)

I manage to do the initial build, the problem is in the middle of the game, after 10 minutes of play, I'm very lost... I just think about going to siege, because I think that's the biggest victory condition...
Are there specific builds for the midgame?
China will have advantage in classical + going heroic (god power), but in heroic age is not so strong, getting into mythic will great flood can be a win condition if you wipe their army and some buildings with it too, even villagers!

i wish I could play with my old copy, but when I got it i was young, dumb and unlucky. The game I got was returned and the online code was missing or was already used by the one before me and I didnt notice that until it was too late

Ra would probably use the rain to avoid your gp, and raid with that devils kopesh,shifting sands,
I've never seen a Ra player do that in any serious fashion. Ra players would not wait till 11-12 mins to hold their rain in order to block gps. and Ra players rarely do khopesh things in rated games except at the highest level when they are messing around vs lower level players (in which case they can do whatever they want and win every time anyways). plus a Ra player committing to classical fight vs fuxi (china in general) would go bast because wadjet sucks bad vs immortal while sphinx is good at outrunning it and getting raids off (only scout cav can keep up speed wise, and the sphinx obliterate scout cav).
Ra is not the worst problem for china the problem is Uranus, Norse, Isis, Poseidon, Atlanteans, Zeus and Set only those in this same order :D
@@conhecimentorevelado hmm fuxi doesn't really have a big problem with any god Norse god at all. Ra in particular is tough because you can't punish him on food because of shaduf and rain (as opposed to isis who gets pushed off hunt easily). and his migdol units are much stronger than the other Eggy's. Only late game Greek is a real issue, and fuxi has a lot of tricks and tactics that can finish the game before that. Oranos probably runs even with fuxi at top level, I have seen the match up at that 2.4k range go either way a few times. Hades is probably good vs fuxi generally speaking. hades can get good late game timing and do mass tox and Heliopolis very well due to free shades and easier macro (wood gold based). posiedon is sort of good because of militia but it doesn't really win him the game, just discourages fuxi to use certain gps in certain ways.

Can somebody explain how boit cancelled the hunting animation?
There's two animations that go into a villager shooting an animal. Wind-up to fire and wind down. Essentially after the villager has shot you can click on the animal again to remove the wind down animation. Realistically with any amount of ping you might need to click a little bit before the villager shoots.

Doing FH with china is very bad. If you have to do it, then at least be Shennong. He has two aggressive GP's (Barrage + Geyser) and Fire Lances that are much better. Wood prosperity will help you since you can go all in on wood-gold-units (Fire Lances + Mounted Archers + CKN + Monks) and have just 5-6 vills on food.

This series is a meta-gaming build series. It takes advantage of a style of play that a lot of players default to and think is unbeatable. In a serious game this build will work one time for sure. As for shennong, you can probably do it but you miss out of call to arms which means you miss out on your timing to take down their 2nd TC, cheaper castle (and buildings in general), and domestication+year of the goat (which allows for your economy to keep up).
Dunno who you are but Fu Xi not only won the only seriously competitive aom:ee tournament we've seen but absolutely dominated the finals with a 100% winrate. :)
@@BoitTV I was talking about China FH, so you did change the topic. But anyway, there has been plenty of EE leagues and China has barely been used. It only happened for a short period before Great Flood was nerfed.
Who was the top player that played Fu Xi recently? Is he still playing Fu Xi? Did you ask him what he thinks about the civ? These are all leading questions, so you dont have to reply.

The game played was PegasusRush (Lara) vs Joe for finals of a smurf tournament, I think it was called Hidden Cup. Was on the latest EE patch. We've seen tournament hosts go as far as banning Fu Xi for their tournaments. Hope this helps :)
