Lovely song, engagingly sung. Loved seeing people at Stonehenge from times past.
Sam such a hauntingly beautiful song! I loved the arrangement as well! I am a singer songwriter from America and your voice and song moved me to tears. I will be listening to more of you and your songs. You are truly blessed.
The song is based on the English traditional folk carol 'The Moon Shines Bright'.
Without seeing a sunset or sunrise this year, this song made it all good.
🌞❤ summer solstice.
My goodness what a wonderful song to wake up to this morning. Thank you so much. He has such a beautiful voice and the music that accompanied it was perfect.
Beautiful song
Hauntingly beautiful. Love the photographs and, as always, Sam spins an enchanting web.
Love love love
"Summer", it's more of a theory in the UK than an actual Season.
South of York this is patently untrue.
The tone of the piano really added to this. Compelling.
Beautiful ❤️

Getting lots of Nick Drake vibes off this, beautifully sung.
Aaaaand now for Misty Mountains...
Rage against the dying of the light
Whenever I have the desire to criticize Britain for having "just Stonehenge" instead of things like the Parthenon or the Coliseum, I remember that in America all we have are mounds of dirt....
We have plenty of large scale Roman ruins too. Although Stone Henge is the most famous, there are plenty of (arguably more impressive) ancient monuments that date back 5000+ years in Britain. Not to mention all the Norman, Saxon and Viking Monuments. Maybe there’s a presumption that some of our most well know buildings aren’t that old, because they are so well preserved but the Tower of London was built in 1078. We have lots to offer if you are fan of the ancient building, come visit!
