Like talk to any other family relatives, or friends, write or scream it out. You are a wonderful person, I believe that you can be happy if you chose and care for yourself. tbh the parents have no idea how insane people in this generation could be- also they sometimes did try their best to be good parent. But still messed up, they want you to be good bc they can’t or they don’t wanna do anything. If we don’t have parents, we really just have nothing as we can’t work, we can’t have good food, comfortable home, or go to school or smth. You can try to talk to your parents when they aren’t busy. Some parents just rlly doesn’t want to talk to you ig- then those uh- i can’t help- maybe ask them abt what they do when they’re young bc of schoolwork project? There is a chance for them to even vent out stuff
