- 45 Devta or 45 energies - Vastu Purush Mandala , According to ancient stories, once Lord Shiva fought against the demon named ANDHAKASUR and killed him. During the fight with Andhkasur, Lord Shiva was very much tired and began to sweat profusely. A man was born (Vastu Purush) of the drops of Shiva's sweat. This man later started doing Tapas and penance to
please Lord Shiva. His prayers was so intense that Lord Shiva appeared before him and asked him to ask a boon.
The Vastu Purush wanted Lord Shiva’s permission to eat the three
worlds. Lord Shiva granted him the boon. But when he was getting ready to swallow the earth, the gods lead by Brahma pinned him down on to earth with his face down and each god held him from a side. Vastu Purusha prayed to God for help. Lord Brahma then gave Vastu Purusha a boon that every person would worship Vastu Purusha prior to commencement of construction and also before “Grah Pravesh” and in turn Vastu Purusha would look after the inhabitants who did not hurt him. Those who
adhere to the principles of Vastushastra would benefit substantially in all respects i.e. improved health, wealth and relationships.
45 Devta or 45 energy fields in Vastu
Brahma
BhumiPujan and Shilanayas (Foundation stone ) are important things and should be done in right muhurat . After Shilanayas when we construct boundry walls , development of energy fields start . Every space has these energy fields. Now we will learn about these 45 energy fields or Devta .
Brahma (The Creator) Life starts with this yellow energy field - Brahma. If you see the egg , the central part of egg is yellow . Even when a baby is start developing in embryo the color is yellowish. Brahma , the one who is accountable for process of steady progress on the planet. He is the one who is responsible for evolution of the whole Brahmand . Brahmsthan of the house is like stomach of the person. In Ayurveda it is advised that if stomach is healthy or clear then person can live a healthy life. But is stomach is not healthy or clear the person will invite many disease.
45 Devta or 45 energy fields in Vastu
In a house , least construction is allowed on Brahmasthan . If you have toilet or kitchen (burner) at Brahmsthan , you will invite stomach and heart related problem.
