Project Volvo480 - Exhaust repair and custom fabrication

I decided to finally solve my 1994 Volvo 480's exhaust problem where it didn't all fit correctly. I didn't realise I'd end up fabricating my own exhaust using steel exhaust tubes and couplers to solve the problem of aftermarket (supposedly pattern parts) not fitting correctly.
In the end I retained the Catalytic converter, cut away the pipe and resonator and rebuild this part so that it didn't hit off the underside of the car.
