    Will it take the finish off and make it dull?

      No, as long as the stainless steel surface isn’t coated… it will actually make the surface even shinier! So it’s a good idea to do it all over or at least extend the surface area you are working on so that it isn’t too shiny in just that one spot!

      Hi, I would have to see a picture but you can give it a shot! However, If the scratch or cut from the knife is really deep, then this technique to remove scratches probably won't work and I'm not sure if anything can really remove deep cuts/scratches in the stainless steel. At least not that I'm familiar with

    Now do black stainless 😭 my kid gouged the corner of my moms black stainless steel fridge, top to bottom, with a cheese grater

    Scratches do not show up on video.

      Sorry about that! I thought they did but the fridge definitely had a lot of scratches that I was able to get out the majority of them!
