Go to Google Play Store and search Anydesk. If it is still installed then uninstall.

It's due to internet problem.
You can check
Window + r key for run / open cmd
Type
ping google.com -t
If you find continuously reply then it is ok
Otherwise there's a problem.

So you must allow to start session using AnyDesk.
