How to perform Abstractive Summarization using Google’s Pegasus

Rather than collect tens of thousands of document-summary pairs as training data, Google's Pegasus allows us to ride upon their pre-trained model and fine-tune on data as little as 1,000 to achieve state-of-the-art results.
