First degree: premeditated, you planned it before hand, and had time to think about it
Second degree: you committed the act delibrately, but acted in the moment, no premeditation, no planning
Third degree: you didn't mean for it to happen, but it happened, and it happened beacause of you, probably beacause you either did something you should have known would put people in danger, or you didn't do something that you knew you were supposed to to keep people safe
I think you meant "supposed to do*" - but yes. People should read this to be honest.
1st degree murder: Premeditated, you planned on killing the victim before you arrived at their location, you brought along a weapon, or knew there was a weapon that was easily accessible at said location.
2nd degree murder: You didn't go to the victim's location with the intent to kill them, but then something happened which made you want to kill them in that moment and you went through with it.
Voluntary manslaughter: You intended to harm the victim, but then accidentally killed them. (You beat a person unconscious and they died of their injuries while unconscious, for instance.)
Involuntary manslaughter: You didn't intend to harm or kill the victim, but your actions incidentally led to their death. (You drove over the victim when they fell/jumped into the road in the middle of the night, you didn't see them in time to stop.)

Fall Ball is the best. I don't understand how the game are always close, i've never had less than 8 points at the end.
I don’t like that they updated it to remove players who quit before they can fall at the end of the round. It’s so satisfying watching all the losing fall guys drop.
I started watching the livestream from 12:24 and did not understand why Max was griefing Chilled. Now that I know the context, it's hilarious.
I’ve never seen Max so angry and vengeful while he was sober.

You should come back to Risk of Rain 2, Chilled, since it's finally fully out and has an ending, so it's not just infinitely looping! (but you can choose to loop it infinitely)
And it can end on the 6th Stage, or 11th, or 16th, etc.
And the ending boss is tough!
