Ooooo for the blue clip on earrings you could maybe add hot glue to the pieces of the clip (both sides) that clutches your ear! It might create a cushion so it doesn't hurt as much when they attach to your ear. Hopefully this makes sense/actually work because those earrings are maaaad cute!!!
