Hey mate, I know you mentioned you Jar is 30 years old, how long do you think Leichardti's live? I've got one in my "swimming pool" and he's about 11 Years old now. Very big and healthy, but i'm about to move houses just not 100% sure if its worthwhile to relocate him. Google says they're good for 8-12 years, is my guy on his last legs?

Jardini, banjar need a right lighting and some treatment in order them to show your assumed color for them, unlike jardini. They have natural color since they are not artificially bred.
