    Very cool.
    Very impractical at high speeds on twisties, but open roads, very cool.

    As a goofy footer, skating the bike off your right foot , could help improve pushing Mongo 😂
    Great video 👏

    That was very interesting. A history lesson, and a tour of your turf in one package. Jockey shift is defo cool. There are riders using it here in the UK, but the roads are so very bad nowadays having two hands on the bars is almost essential. Shame, though.

    • @ramenrider.mp4
      @ramenrider.mp4  3 месяца назад

      yeah honestly the roads here are very bad as well in some part its almost not rideable especially with a hard tail. as much as i love this bike im actually currently selling it to get some back suspension again

      @ramenrider.mp4 That surprises me. But I get it. Hard tail & Suicide went mainstream extinct in another century. But they're so neat! I wonder what you'll replace it with. It's a whole new adventure. And more RUclips vids I hope.

    I really want to do this on a xs650 I’m building. While riding my other cruiser, I’m trying to break the habit of coming up to a stop sign and not take my left foot off the running board, as if I still have the clutch in. That and turning my bars so the bike leans to the right. Slow turns to the left in parking lots are just going to have to be done a different way or just have enough speed. I still want to do it just to learn, once I get use to it it’ll just be another feature of the bike that I’ll love. This is also why I’m adding a front 21” wheel with a small drum brake, just for them hills it’ll be easier to hold the bike still. Imagine not using your front brake and let me know how it goes because many old choppers are like that. Sorry for mentioning these things before the video was finished because you hit on all of this, but it’s good for people to realize these things. Can’t wait to try it out.

      @@ramenrider.mp4 it’s all stock but someone did a very slight rake on it, I found a AEE springer for it and it’s about 7” over stock, ditching the mags with disk brakes for drums and spokes.

      Hardtail it!!

    • @Trikekid84
      @Trikekid84 2 месяца назад +1

      @@ramenrider.mp4 I want to make the frame dip down and keep the shocks for a different look, but a hardtail would really help make it lighter. Sometimes they make the bike look small vs a Harley but my long front end will help with that. Later on down the road I might go for it.
