This is simply incredible! This recipe is 150 years old! I don't buy bread anymore! I learned a secret from my grandmother! The perfect quick bread roll recipe, just bake! The secret turned out to be so simple!

Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm milk 35-40°C (95-104°F), 220ml
- Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- All-purpose wheat flour 5 tbsp.
1. Mix with a whisk
2. Cover with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes
- Sugar 4 tbsp.
- Egg 2 pcs.
3. Mix with a whisk
- Yogurt 100 ml.
- Vegetable oil 60 ml
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Honey 1 tsp.
4. Stir
5. The yeast has activated, look at the bubbles!
6. Add and mix with a spatula
- All-purpose wheat flour 670-700 g (add in parts)
7. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
8. Place on the table and knead for 5-6 minutes
9. Watch the video until the end so as not to miss important points
10. The dough should become smooth and slightly stick to your hands.
11. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
12. Cover with a towel and leave for 55-60 minutes
13. While the dough is rising, prepare 3 types of fillings
- Poppy seeds 120 g
- Water 250 ml
14. Cook for 25-30 minutes
- Dried apricots 140 g, cut into cubes
- Sugar 2 tbsp.
- Warm cream 90 ml
15. Simmer in a frying pan for 7-8 minutes
- Grind 140 g of walnuts with a knife or blender
16. The poppy seeds are cooked, pass through a sieve.
- Sugar 4 tbsp.
- Chicken protein 1 pc.
- Melted butter 30 ml
17. Stir
- Add chicken protein 1 piece to the walnuts
- Sugar 3 tbsp.
- Melted butter 30 ml

21. Dough weight 1392 g.
22. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts
23. Roll them into a ball
24. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
25. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (25x35 cm).
26. Spread the filling evenly with dried apricots
27. Roll out the dough and secure the edges
28. Roll out another rectangle (25x35 cm).
29. Add nut filling
30. Fold as in the video and secure the edges
31. Roll out the last rectangle (25x35 cm).
32. Place poppy seed filling
33. Roll up the edges and secure
34. Braid three dough sausages
35. Repeat after me, you will definitely succeed
36. Place on baking paper
- Egg yolk 1 pc.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
37. Lubricate with a brush
38. Sprinkle with flaked almonds
39. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30-35 minutes
40. In the last 5-7 minutes you can cover the cake with baking paper to prevent it from burning.
