I get an allotment in Deemed or AIQ seat in Round 1 of MCC. I join there and opt for upgrading. While joining in Deemed or AIQ based college in another state or in Kerala we have to pay fees and submit all documents. Then I get allotment in first round in Kerala. Then how can we join any college in Kerala 1st round when documents are held up in the previous college and money also is stuck there? Please explain.
