The number one thing you have to, before anything else, is rescind the SSN. It is the Daddy of all the adhesion contracts. You have to claim the name (Birth Certificate), and you will still have to take care of all the other contracts you've signed with the UNITED STATES and its franchises, especially the IRS, and you MUST devise a trust to safeguard all your property. "invisible contracts" and "Weiss' Concise Trustee Handbook" are good starting points.

Edward is expressing an important point about inclusion. If you believe in freedom, religious freedom is a huge one. If we want strength in numbers, we really should accept each other and focus on the important things, like establishing our freedom.

I had an arraignment today and the judge completely steam rolled me
into pleading not guilty and told me I had no rights to make any
motions, and that common law jurisdiction was complete nonsense. They
completely took the jurisdiction over me, and now they will move on to
their roasting trial. The court denied my motion for a bill of
particulars, and the rest will be history, as I may be sitting in a
jail cell for some time. Anna and all of this sounds good, until you
are in that courtroom with the judge and all of his goons.

Like I said, if you try and go into any modern court room on criminal charges and pull this common law, not consenting stuff, the judge will push you into complying. It is a no win. You should’ve done a foia request and got a copy of his bond and oath to shut him the hell up since common law jurisdiction is non sense. Delivered it to him and the courthouse via registered mail and entered it into evidence in court since you were present. It would’ve been a different outcome. There’s other things you must do first prior to going in there and screaming common law rights. For example, deliver your documents notarized, certified, and registered mail prior to coming to “court” because court is the paperwork. They don’t want this process done in front of others. Please believe. Also special appearance on paper. You can literally appear via certified Mail and you can’t be in breach of contract aka (FTA) or failure to appear. Request the bond on the case. Not the warrant they created a bond from, the monetary bond the District attorney /solicitor had to pay for to bond the case. System of accounting. Bond the case and offset the debt (charges), remain in honor and allow them to use your exemption to pay back the National debt not you in prison paying your debt to a society that doesn’t exist. It’s a science to it. You just have to cross all your T’s and dot your I’s. I pray they didn’t arrest you.

@Pooey There's a few people out there who have devised complete processes to get you fully into the private, LLC (obviously), private side solutions, HIS advocates are a few that come to mind. People put together these processes, they put time and work (years) in getting this stuff figured out. What I've seen is, most people not only want the information, but they want people to do all the work for them as well. Then they want to complain when the people they want to do the work for them ask for compensation. All this information is out there, freely available in one form or another, and anyone who wants to make a decision to live in the private can use that information to DEVISE THEIR OWN process to do so. If they don't want to do that work and shoulder that expense for themselves, then they SHOULD compensate the ones who do the work for them. IMO if someone isn't willing to put forth the work and expense it takes to straighten their own life out and just want someone to take care of it for them FOR FREE, they don't DESERVE the liberty of being self - governed. They should just continue accepting privileges and immunities from the corporate nanny state and all the baggage that brings. Accept them and OWN them.

There is a simple answer to that question. We have members who have changed the 'category' of the recorded property and have been removed from the tax roles. Membership would guide you there. It's a simple answer but when dealing with crooks, thieves, tyrants and demons in public office, it's often easier said than done!

Ok, what about(1) correcting your SSN card to eliminate the middle name &/or middle initial. Put both names as your first name. (2) create an EIN number with tjat all caps legal name (to own it But not under your SSN).(3) link both personal & business names addresses to the USPS online. Read your motor vehicle code. Look up definitions of words as defined in the code, not a dictionary: drive, transport, transportation, who is required to have a license. Transportation is commerce. Commerce is regulated. Personal Travel is not regulated. Don't take anyone's word for it. do your own research.

Here's your evidence: Drivers License, SS-4 form, signed 1040 forms, signed passport application, bank account applications, any other government form, anywhere you admit to your 'residence' address i.e. health club agreement, private mail box agreement, any government benefits etc. Need we continue?
I looked up the number on the back of my SS card and supposedly the numbers printed on the back of the SS cards are printed before they are issued to people. That they are used for inventory purposes so that all cards can be accounted for before they are issued. What is said in the video is of interest to me and does sound legitimate but it has also been said that it is a scam and has no truth to it. It is already known that the National Debt is a loan from the Federal Reserve and the world bank and that the debt has to be paid back by the people of the US which is posterity of the US citizens. The SS cards are printed on Bank note paper when possible just like federal reserve notes are printed which strikes me as unusual, why not use a different card stock? In the realm of magic and myth which money is most definately symbolically loaded with, why would the Federal Government use the same "paper" (material) to print identity cards with? Why are there the same amount of numbers on the back of the cards as the printed currency notes? Also interest is in it's inception the counting of increased livestock(birthed) in exchange for the silver which represented the amount of livestock. Since silver could not magically reproduce itself to account for the amount of extra livestock aquired the extra livestock was known as the "interest". It was later taken into account the "interest" as a percentage of the amount of extra silver expected upon delivery or payment. Hence people and livestock are considered "interest" or "profits/prophets". Who is lying? What is the truth and who has the facts to support these theories? Someone is lying and there seems to be no "truth" in sight. Also, in my opinion, money is a poor way of acounting for the "interest/(births)" of people or animals. It's no wonder why people are broken and have unrealistic expectations placed upon them when it comes to money and the fractional reserve economy that exists.
