But learning C# just for this is still a lot.

The Project M guys tried to do that with smash bros, I think people should just stick to modding. The community will go wild for a mod that tries to 1-up the entire game but they will dislike a Game that tries to 1-up the original, even if its better

The remastering of the spells and miracles reminds me a bit of Dark Souls 2 spells. Most are pretty cool to use and have great versatility. Some have complained that those kinds of spells are “unhealthy” or “bad”, and while they are entitled to their opinion, they’re still wrong.
The red vs blue's dialogue was a nice touch.
This man reworked a completely broken game with putting in months of work, and then decided to create a multi-player game mode from scratch. The fact that he did all of this is astounding, and just might make him a game developer some day. Keep up the great mods man, they blow my mind every time.

Coming back after a year and i gotta say. Its absolutely astonishing how many of the things inferno did here resemble what is in elden ring now. Not to say fromsoft used him as reference, but instead to say that what he did is actually just the correct choice for how darksouls should be tweaked
What blows my mind is the state of modding in their games now, and I’m legitimately rewatching this right now wondering how much of it was his fault. Like, he literally wrote a better way of porting assets into the game, that’s HUGE, and all the other crazy shit he did to make this work? I swear he may have revolutionized the whole fromsoft modding scene.

Rewatching this video, I just realized how similar your design philosophy for Remastest was for Altered Platinum, my Pokemon romhack.

That could've been something I said. I know the feeling... it's so tempting to just go absolutely nuts with the changes and I ended up doing what you did.
I mean, "It has layers and layers of problems, and the only solution was to take the whole damn thing apart, and do my best to polish each piece individually before putting it all back together." sounds *exactly* like what I did!
I ended up taking a bit of a 'no stone unturned' philosophy when it came to making balance changes for my Platinum hack. Pokemon has, like, exactly the same kinds of design problems as Dark Souls, going by this video.
About 90% of the entire game is invalid because of the remaining 10%, even excluding stuff that got banned to Ubers. Statistically, most people's favorite Pokemon probably suck.
So I just said 'fuck it' and changed almost everything to try and make it all viable in a fun way. My solution to power creep was to creep all the power that didn't get crept before.
I probably didn't really do a great job, but I tried- and I'm not sure the same could be said for Gamefreak.
Plus, of course, I couldn't resist making more custom content to spice things up a bit. Nothing as meme-y as the amogus boss fight from later updates or Halo guns in Dark Souls, but the Miror B. battle, new regional variants and new moves were definitely fun to put together... even if it took ages to figure out how to implement them.

@@jorgeloredohernandez6546 You probably sound something already, but still, C# is not used for Web Development, that would be Javascript, PHP, HTML(not a programming language) and CSS (also not a programming language). You can integrate things into websites that are not made in JS of course, but that is not really web development.
For learning I suggest learning on your own mostly, and trying to understand using tutorials or by reading books on the language, but then screwing around with what you know yourself. Learning from a course is almost useless, as you will not learn the most important part of programming, problem solving and free thinking.
