I always speak out loud to myself, but some people think that is crazy. But I disagree, I think it's normal. I think it's a good idea to have a conversation with yourself. You know? That is what i am practicing now. However I noticed that a notebook to write down the ideas you develop and looking in the dictionary for the vocabulary is an efficient way,I mean the writing speaking. After that, I am sure we can fly by our proper wings in the world of speaking.
