The special underwater thing in holokai is really a good base. You can use turrets to make it almost impossible to get in. Now i should not say this as i have a base in that area but grenades are your only chance to destroy turrets under water.

Hey, you guys should make a base on the fishing boat or the hovercraft. I'm pretty sure you made a boat base before, but they would work much better because they are bigger.
