Such a fun one and I loved your entrance and the fabulous costume and T-shirt . I don’t really know much about any of this apart from who plays main characters in the films but it was fun and I loved your enthusiasm and choices .
This was an absolute delight. I can’t begin to describe the noise that came out of my face when the video first started playing, but this honestly was an interesting hour and much needed levity indeed.
So happy Poison made it tp the list!!!! I love poisonous, dark, villanous scents (though I know Rogue is a goody). Unfortunately I can't carry them with the proper aplomb, so I just wear them for myself at home. Outside I mostly wear lightweights...

My gosh, of all the live streams to miss! Mr Persolaise, as if you couldn’t get any more endearing 😅…I was a huge comic geek in the 90s in high school and art school. Marvel universe all the way(with an exception for DC’s Vertigo line because, of course, The Sandman) It’s also a very easy thread to trace, as a collector, from those days to the present day of my current obsession with perfume. Every scent has its own character, its own personality, its own superpower if you will. This was great! Hope you do some more like this.

I loved this! I know nothing about X-men but found it educational ;) How about a top ten femme fatale fragrances? I think femme fatale is a universal concept but I guess you can ascribe various femme fatale movie characters to it, starting with Kristen Scott Thomas in English Patient and ending with Sharon Stone in Basic Instinct - or something like that.
I would agree with all your choices except for Wolverine. You got the Civet note right but I would have thought Jicky be the more appropriate choice because he was probably alive when it came out. It has that romantic yet wild aspect. And Wolverine hates change.

Ha! I will definitely NOT be telling people to read comics as homework :-) Honestly, I don't have a view about the Malle situation yet. I'm hoping more info will emerge about it soon.

Personally, I was just interested in the super powers and those are gender less in my opinion. :-) As for feminine super powers I look at mythological characters...though many myths are very misogynistic of course. I love reading mythology novels from a feminine point of view. Do you know Madeline Miller? I really enjoyed reading her 2 novels about Circe and Achilles.
I wore Le Lion tonight and asked my very nerdy family which X-Men this scent reminded them of. After many guesses I told them it was Beast. Immediately they asked which fragrance was Deadpool’s? Let me know if anything comes to mind.
