Definitely looking like a return to form and heading back to where you previously were - I thought that after the Nice sub-60 10km! Thanks for sharing! (Have added TheRunningWhale and TheRegularRunner to my subscriptions too as they'd somehow passed me by!)
@@J0hn.Turn3r Thanks John, it’s been very very frustrating for the last year or so but I’ve just kept at it, I’ve still enjoyed running despite the heel issue impacting my training. I’ve just tried to compensate with gym and aquafit to keep me aerobically fit😊
Oh this was so good to watch. Yes Matt did brill but as did you. It was good to see some clips of you running and you fair moved, a sign of things to come mate, you’re a superstar 🥰
@@TheRunningWhale Thanks Craig, I was worried for you both when you started mid-pack, I didn’t want you to lose valuable seconds but you were strong. Me, I think I’m finally coming back - but gradually😂
Thank you so much for coming and making the day so enjoyable. It was fantastic to finally meet you and I will never forget the first time I ever broke the 25 minute barrier. I hope that this run is a sign that you are on the road to recovery, and I'm sure you will be back to your best soon. I can't wait for next time 💙
@@TheRegularRunner Hi Matt, I’m glad you had to delay it until we got back from France, it was great to finally meet you and Becky, I think everyone in our group that day is on a roll😀💪🚀
Amazing times all round 🎉 that finish funnel volunteer was a bit much 😅
What a video. We'll have to get Craig and Mandy to meet us at Morecambe as Paula and Mandy running together will make the best video!
@@abitrich68 Thanks Rich, now that would make for a great gathering😀
Wonderfully wholesome video Andy, so lovely to see, what a cracking turnout!!
Cake on a weekend is a must!!
@@blewdigeidfran Thanks Gethin, it was great to see Matt break the 25 and for everyone to get together that day😊
Andy, both your 28:32 and Matt's 24:29 smashed it! Cake is well deserved. Congrats!
@@RunFreeandStrong Thanks Reto, everyone was happy with their performance today✅😀

Well done to all 👍 Great to see those really encouraging signs of a return to form for yourself, Andy.
@@markg99 Cheers Mark, it’s been a long haul but I’ve still enjoyed doing the weekly Parkruns and the occasional race. Lots of great memories😊
