We have Innova 2014 model but till now no vibrations and its running fantastic. No ground clearance issue. Don't know why this guy got those problems.. actually the car is good but he is not fit for that car 😒..
This car has side steps installed which will definitely reduce the ground clearance and he has lot of unwanted stuff stored in glove and side compartments this will definitely make noise

I don't agree with the "Ground Clearance" issue , It's more than enough for an MPV , and this particular car has a foot board too , so obviously that's going to obstruct in tricky situations.

The problem told here are real. The infotainment system is really the worst in the class, no apple play ,poor screen quality and absence of standard speakers makes this very clear. The vibration part is even a more harsher reality. No on goes off-roading in Crysta but Indian road are very much a part of off-roading so yes sometimes ground clearance makes a problem sometimes.

One more drawback of Crysta is it is the worst car you can get in muddy monsoon roads...this car has a great habit to stuck royally in muddy terrains...you need to have a tractor to pull out this from that kind of situation..

Aur steering axel ki baat kr rha ye manufacturing defect hai jo ki har innova crysta me hai service wale ne hi bataya hai ki frequent misalignment isi ke vjh se hoti .. purani innova 🔥maine chalai hai isme aisa kuch v problem nhi hai old wali jayada better hai crysta se like comfortable jayada hai kis frequent misalignment nhi h usme wheel ke isi vjh se usne tyre 50000-60000km aaram se chalte hai but in crysta it's only 25000-35000 km ye sb defect ke vjh se hi hai ..........
